What is Serenity Now?

    Serenity Now is a company dedicated to helping you overcome your anxiety and bring more serenity into your life. We are a seasonal subscription box filled with anxiety help products, as well as an anxiety specialty shop and online community. 

    When do boxes ship?

      Boxes ship during the first week of every season for current subscribers (March, June, September, December) and you will receive them shortly after that. New subscribers receive their box immediately of the previous season box, and then will get the current season box. You will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

      Can I purchase a one-time box that does not auto-renew?

        When is my renewal date?

          When you register as a Serenity Now Member, you will immediately be charged for your first box to secure your subscription. After that, billing occurs on the a few days before, normally around the 25th, of the month of the next season (March 1, June 1, Sep 1, Dec 1). 

          What is your shipping policy?

            Shipping is normally free or automatically calculated at checkout based on the cheapest shipping rates we could find and where you’re located.

            What is the cutoff date to receive the current season’s box?

              The last chance to order is before the end of of the season, or until they sell out. Normally the cutoff date runs until the last day of the month before the new season starts. So for example, for the March box the season runs from Feb 1- April 30. Then from May 1- July 31, it is the next season box (June box). This is to ensure you don't need to wait too long in order to receive your first box! You will receive the season you buy in for as well as the next one no matter what.

              Why is the subscription box only every 3 months/ 4 times per year?

                We wanted to make sure our customers never get overwhelmed with products or cost, and that we have enough time to truly test out each product before including it in our boxes. We want to ensure these boxes are helping your anxiety and not just hastily thrown together! 

                What is your return policy?

                  We do not accept returns for our subscription box because you pay for the subscription. We will determine exceptions on a case by case basis. You can cancel any time though as long as it's before your charge date! 

                  For our shop products, please inquire about returns within 14 days of receiving your order and we will address each situation accordingly!

                  Personalized items cannot be returned.

                  What if my box gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged?

                    Unfortunately, once the box leaves us, it is out of our hands and is the responsibility of the postal service. With that being said, if you let us know immediately, we will do our best to ensure we can file a claim to get the money back and give you a refund, or give you a discount in the future! Please let us know ASAP if you did not receive your box or if something arrived damaged so we can address each situation accordingly. 

                     

                    What is your cancellation policy?

                      You can cancel any time before your charge date! Once you're charged, you will still receive that season's box, but you can cancel to avoid any future charges. 

                       

                      Can I pause my account?

                        You can pause or skip a box any time before your charge date! Once you're charged, you will still receive that season's box.

                         

                        When will I receive my first box if I order today?

                          Any orders placed from Sep 1st 2020- Jan 31 2021 (or until we sell out) will be for the December box, everything after that will fall into normal schedule!
